The hotel rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable, although there was some smell possibly due to the air conditioner. The service was a mix; while some staff members were amazing and went above and beyond, others seemed distracted and couldn't find my reservation. The location is excellent, especially for accessing Broadway at the Beach and other attractions nearby. The dining experience was convenient but had some room for improvement with the quality of the food. Overall, it's a good hotel with a few areas that could be enhanced.
